Privacy notice

This notice applies to the CivilGeniX website at civilgenix.com including its early-access contact form, accounts, subscriptions and desktop licence service, operated by CivilGeniX.

What you choose to share

The form asks for your name, email, company (optional), area of interest and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss early access. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to an unrelated mailing list.

Where your request goes

Requests are delivered privately to the CivilGeniX team. The website hosting and email providers process the information needed to deliver and store those messages. The form does not create a public profile or publish your message. Please do not include confidential project data in your initial enquiry.

Essential form protection

A temporary session cookie keeps the human-check question attached to your browser. It is used for form security, not advertising. The server uses a hashed network address and request counters to limit automated spam. Expired counters are periodically removed. Hosting providers may also retain normal security and access logs.

Accounts, subscriptions and licences

Account registration stores your name, email, country, a password hash and verification status. Your country helps assign the CivilGeniX region responsible for client service. Team managers can see their team membership and licence assignments, including the device name and expiry of a checkout. CivilGeniX Super Admin can manage all accounts, teams, regions, subscriptions and security records. Assigned Regional Admins can access their clients’ contact and licence information, invite clients, manage paid-seat assignments and view regional sales and activity statistics. They cannot access another region’s clients through the regional tools. Essential account cookies support sign-in and form security.

Payments are completed on Airwallex-hosted pages. Airwallex processes payment details under its own terms and privacy information. CivilGeniX stores subscription and invoice references, purchased quantities, paid terms, confirmed invoice totals, regional attribution and billing events; it does not receive or store your card number through this checkout integration.

The desktop licence service sends your account identity, the selected seat, a process identifier and your computer name. It does not upload your design model. An encrypted account token can be remembered on your computer; your password is not saved there. Licence checks run periodically while the app is open, and the device reservation expires automatically if the app crashes.

Media and sharing

The website’s images, videos and scripts are served from this site. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Social share links only open the selected service when you use them; that service’s own privacy terms then apply. Copy link uses your browser’s clipboard permission.

Your information

We retain enquiries while they are needed for the conversation and related early-access administration. You can request access, correction or deletion through our contact form. Let us know if you no longer wish to be contacted. Account and billing records are retained for service administration, security and applicable record-keeping requirements.
